Christmas Family Day

We have a day full of fun, magic and Christmas spirit planned for the Christmas Family Day!

A whole day of activities that will put you in a Christmas mood. Between art workshops and family films to a visit from Santa Claus himself and music from the Loch Lao Choir, there’s definitely something for everyone this day. Also, the winners from the Fleadh Feirste schools competition will be announced and there will be lovely mince pies and mulled wine available from Café Bia.

We’ve a very special guest joining us this year to switch on the Christmas lights, Dáithí Mac Gabhann, a young Gael from west Belfast and hero of the campaign to raise awareness of organ donation. Dáithí will light the Christmas lights and there will be a chance to learn more about the campaign to raise awareness of organ donation, and also to sign up to the register.

12:00pm: Christmas Movie

1:00pm: Children’s Art Workshop

1:00pm: Music with Ériu in Café Bia

2:00pm - 4:00pm: Visit from Santa Claus

5:00pm: Switching on of Christmas Lights with special guest Dáithí Mac Gabhann with music from Loch Lao choir.

5:15pm: Announcement of winners from schools art competition.

Mince pies and mulled wine available from Bia throughout the day.
