Join us for this one of yoga morning as part of Liú Lúnasa. This bilingual (Irish and English) class will explore different variations of structure, awareness, breathing and movement. Perfect for beginners and intermediate level. Everyone welcome. Yoga mats provided and we will have a light breakfast after the class.
