Presenting the first solo exhibition of the artist and poet Róisín Ní Neachtain. “Your Words Disturbed My Earth” (from Eavan Boland’s poem “For a Poet who Died Young” – The Historians, courtesy of Carcanet Press) features visceral, expressionist paintings inspired by the Irish literary world alongside abstract landscapes representing connection in a rapidly changing environment. Here the artist merges her passion for the preservation of Ireland’s ecosystem with her desire to reconnect to Ireland’s rich cultural legacy.
