Cultúrlann Mc Adam Ó Fiaich Associate Artist, Emma Berkery, launches an exhibition of new work produced here in An Chultúrlann.
Immersed in the life and language of the building, the artist has produced works in a variety of media which reflect her experiences during this time. Works include abstract paintings, and text-based screen prints. Challenging both artist and viewer, many of the paintings are produced with a limited palette and suggest both physical and psychological spaces.
The production of ‘Submerged in Echoes’ is supported by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland.
